Justifiable Complaint

Before your draw phase, choose one—
•Look at the top two cards of your library. Add one to your hand, and place the other at the bottom of your library.
•Add the card at the bottom of your library to your hand. Shuffle your library.
•Draw a card.
This counts as your draw phase. At the end of your turn, you take 1 damage.
