You may cast cards you own from exile. Whenever you cast a creature spell from exile, if it has an activated ability, you may activate that ability once this turn without paying its costs. Whenever you cast a noncreature spell from exile, search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle. {B}{B}{U}: Copy target activated ability of a creature. You may choose new targets for the copy.
