Kaaschmos's Rite

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
sacrifice a creature. If you do choose one:
- Target creature gets -4/-4 until end of turn.
- Target player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.
- Return target creature from your graveyard
to the battlefield, then lose life equal to that creatures power.
