Planar Tether (This creature can't leave the battlefield)
When you cast or attack with Kaava, Aspect of Red, exile the top 5 cards of your library, you may cast any number of those cards without paying their mana cost until end of turn, then deal 5 damage to up to 3 target creatures or players.
Whenever Kaava would enter the battlefield, exile it unless an opponent has been dealt 15 or more damage this turn.
