+1: Do 1d6elemental damage + Spell ATK bonus to target, gain HP equal to half the damage plus your constitution bonus.
-1: Create a 18HP 15AC elemental creature under your control. You can not have more then one elemental of the same type at a time.
-8: Destroy Target Creature with less then 50 HP, All other creatures of the same type with in 20f take 15 points of Necrotic or Elemental damage.
