Whenever Kael, the Reanimator deals
combat damage to a creature or planeswalker,
place that many reanimate counters on it.
If a creature leaves the battlefield with more reanimate counters on it than is't toughness, put it back on the battlefield under you control. When a reanimated creature leaves the battlefield, exile it instead
