As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may discard
any number of cards. This spell costs {2} less to cast for
each card discarded this way.
At the begining of each opponent's combat step, goad
the creature with the greatest power that player controls.
Whenever a goaded creature deals combat damage to an
opponent, draw a card. look at that player's hand and
the top of their library. then, that player discards a card
at random.
