Cards in your graveyard can't be the targets of spells or abilities an opponent controls.

Once during each of your turns, you may cast a non-creature permanent spell from your graveyard by collecting evidence 3 in addition to paying its other cost. If you cast a spell in this way, that permanent enters with a finalty counter on it.
