Kagardon, Feared Stalker

When a player would draw a card, they exile it instead and look at the top three cards of their library, then put one in their hand and shuffle the rest in their library.
When a player would cast a non-creature spell, each player may make a copy of that spell. If they do, they lose 3 life and draw a card. If it is a creature spell, each opponent makes a copy of it and discards a card at random.
