Kagutsuchi

Kagutsuchi can't be countered.
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile two cards
from your graveyard at random. Kagutsuchi
deals damage equal to those cards' combined
mana values to each other creature.
She has a strong sense of justice, but a bad habit of
burning the innocent while trying to catch bad guys.
