Whenever Kahran Ramsus deals damage to a player, if that player is the monarch, destroy the monarchy. If the monarchy is destroyed this way, destroy up to two permanents that player controls.

If a source an opponent controls would deal damage
to Kahran Ramsus, Kahran Ramsus deals that much damage to the source's controller.
