Kaisarok State

If Kaisarok State is in your opening hand, you
may begin the game with it on the battlefield.
When Kaisarok State enters the battlefield, you
may search your library to up to two legendary
creatures that share the exact colors as your
commander and put them into your command
zone. As long as Kaisarok State is on the
battlefield you may use activated abilities of
creatures on your command zone as thought
they are on the battlefield.
