At the beginning of each upkeep, each player
may choose a gladiator they control. Those
gladiators fight each other. If a creature dies this
way, return it to the battlefield with a -1/-1
counter on it at the beginning of the next end
step. Put a +1/+1 counter on each Gladiator.
Gladiators you control get +2/+2
