Kalopos is not a creature unless your devotion to
blue is 8 or higher. As long as Kalopos is not a
creature instant and sorcery spells you own cost
X less to cast where X is your devotion to blue.
As long as Kalopos is a creature, whenever a
player casts an instant or sorcery you may copy
that spell and choose new targets for the copies.
If an opponent casts a spell or ability that would
target a wizard, choose a new target for that
spell or ability.
