Kamapuades, God of Life

Whenever you cast a spell, for each {g} in it's cost,
put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
As long as your devotion to green is less than 4, Kamapuades is not a creature.
When Kamapuades dies, exile it and put 3 time
counters on it. On your upkeep remove a time
counter from Kamapuades, when the last time
counter is removed return Kamapuades to the battlefield.
