scry 1.
As long as your devotion to blue is less than 7, Kamohoamis is not a creature.
When Kamohoamis dies, exile it and put 3 time
counters on it. On your upkeep remove a time
counter from Kamohoamis, when the last time
counter is removed return Kamohoamis to the battlefield.
