Kanamos, the Sea Remover

As Kanamos, the Sea Remover enters the battlefield, exile all Islands in play. Each player may place either a Mountain or a Plains land token into play tapped for each Island exiled this way.
When Kanamos, the Sea Remover, leaves the battlefield, destroy all land tokens and return all Islands to the battlefield under their owner's control.
Players cannot play Islands.
