When ever a creature you control enters the battlefield with one or more +1/+1 counter on it, that creature enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on that creature.
When ever a green creature you control enters the battle field with one or more +1/+1 counter on it put an additional +1/+1 counter on that creature.
