When Kaos, Dark Portal Master enters the battlefield each player creates a 1/1 Plasmoid creature token with: "When this creature dies get a Goop counter."
When Kaos, Dark Portal Master leaves the battlefield put a +1/+1 counter on target creature then Proliferate.
