Manipulate - Whenever you modify the order of a
library, look at the top card of target player's
library. You may put it on the bottom of that
player's library. If you do, you lose 1 life.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you
may search your library for a card, shuffle
your library, and put it on top.
