Karmic Justice

Whenever a spell or ability an opponent
controls destroys a noncreature permanent
you control, you may destroy target
permanent that opponent controls.

For each sin there is a punishment, and it is
the task of Goddess Velka to defin the sin, and
mete out the punishment.
