When Karmic Seraph enters, exile any number of
other target creatures controlled by different
players. At the beginning of the next end step, for
each creature exiled this way, you may return it
from exile to the battlefield under its owner's
control. Otherwise, its owner returns a creature
card with equal or lesser mana value from their
graveyard to the battlefield.
