When entering the battlefield each opponent must discard their highest mana cost card. For each card that is discarded this way, Karng, The Defiler deals damage equal to that card’s converted mana cost to any target.

Whenever an opponent discards a card, you may
pay 1 life. If you do, Karng, The Defiler gains +1/+1 until end of turn.
