Whenever an opponent plays an artifact spell,
you may search your library for an artifact
card of equal or lesser mana value, put it onto
the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
At the top of his abandoned outpost, Karn left this kiosk. Why he didn't come back for it, who knows.
