{t}, Discard X cards: Whenever an opponent can
vote this turn that player may instead draw X
cards where X is the number of cards discarded
this way. When a player does, you choose how
that player votes during this vote.
Whenever players finish voting, draw a card for
each opponent who voted for a choice you didn’t
vote for.
