hand: put either a -1/-1 counter, a +1/+1 counter, or a lifelink counter, on target creature.
Activate this ability only during your turn.

When Karolia, Plague Physician, enters the
battlefield, you may pay {g/u}. If you do, proliferate, then draw a card for each different type of counter you proliferated.
Whenever a creature with one or more -1/-1
counter dies, its controller gets a poison counter.
