+1: Look at the top card of your library. You may reveal it and put it into your hand. If you don't, put it back on top of your library and scry 3.
-7: You may look at target opponents hand and cast an instant or sorcery card without paying it's mana cost. Then scry equal to that card's CMC.
-10: Search through each opponents library and chose a card, you may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then scry to those card's CMC.
