Partner with Crab (You can have two commander
if they are Kavia and a Crab. The Crab doesn't have
to be legendary.)
Whenever you draw a card, target player puts the
top two cards of their library into the graveyard.
If they share a color, put two +1/+1 counters on
target creature you control.
