-1: Add a random number of {r}{g} between 1 and 3 use this mana to cast a creature card, it enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 and cant be countered
-7: For each opponent throw a 20face dice Kaze the Chaotic exile a random number of permanents that opponent controls based on the number on the dice
