Whenever Kazeb becomes the target of a spell
for the first time each turn, instead exile that
spell face down until the caster of that spell casts another spell. Once they do, return the exiled
spell to its owner's hand. Then put X +1/+1
counters on Kazeb equal to that spell's
converted mana cost.
