players library. Put a +1/+1 counter on
Kcaragon for each creature exiled this way.
Whenever Kcaragon deals combat damage to an opponent you may play a spell exiled with
Kcaragon as though it was in your hand. You
may spend mana as though it was mana of any
colour to cast spells exiled with Kcaragon.
