Whenever a player would draw a card, they
draw twice that many cards instead.
At the end of each player's draw step, that
player discards their hand.
Players may cast cards from their graveyards
anytime they could play a sorcery. They may
cast those spells as though they had flash by
paying additional life equal to the spell's
converted mana cost.
