When Keeper of the Blind eternities enters the battlefield, return target creature you control
from exile with power 3 or less. If that creature is
blue, white, or green, draw cards equal to the
number of cards in target opponents exile.
Whenever a card is exiled under a non-token permanent, create a token that's a copy of it.
