Kefka cannot be exiled or sacrificed, and effects that say "destroy" do not destroy him.
Ultima - {x}{r}, {t}: Kefka deals X damage divided as you choose among any number of target creatures.
Vengeance - {4}{u}, {t}: All other creatures lose hexproof, indestructible, shroud, ward, and protection.
Forsaken - {5}{b}{b}{u/r}, {t}: Kefka deals 5 damage to each opponent and each other creature. Activate only if your life total is less th
