When Keith, the Annoying One enters the battlefield, {t} all creatures in play. They only untap
at the end of that player's turn.

When any creature dies, Keith, the Annoying One captures it in a Pokéball. (It is exiled forever).

When Keith, the Annoying One dies or leaves the battlefield, all players must make a pterodactyl sound.
