Profane Lord- Whenever you gain or lose 2 or
more life, put two +1/+1 counters on target
creature and two profane counters on another
target permanent. Then, draw a card and lose
2 life. This ability only triggers up to twice a
turn.(At the being of each player's upkeep, that
player must sacrifice any permanents with mana
value less than the number of profane counters on it.)
