Kellner's insight

Whenever an opponent copies a spell on your
turn, you may copy that spell and you may
choose new targets for your copy. If you do,
each copy you create resolves at the end of
the stack.
Whenever a player copies a spell, that player
draws a card. If that player draws when no
cards are in their library, they win the game.
