+1: Choose target player. Scry the top card of their deck. If this ability is used when in an opponents hand, give them 1 False Information counter.
-3: Place Kelma into target players hand. You control Kelma. When said player attacks you, they lose life equal to their false information counters.
-8: This ability can only be used if target player has 8 false information counters. When this ability is used, target player loses the game.
