Ken Lay

Ken Lay is the manager of the company you are investigating. He views himself as better than his employees and refuses to talk to any of them unless
it is to reprimand them. He brings the entire atmosphere of the office down when he enters the
room, however, he is effective. The company recently
was suffering financial straits, and he hired a team of
accountants to help mend the company. He took
one of the accountants under his wing and within a week, the company was doing better.
