Keter Duty

When Keter Duty enters the battlefield, exile any
number of non land permanents from your hand.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a counter
on Keter Duty then you may put any number of
non land permanents exiled with Keter Duty
equal to the number of counters on it, onto
the battlefield.
