Whenever Ketters crews a Vehicle, put a dream counter on it.
As long as you control a Vehicle with a dream
counter on it Ketters can't attack or block and
she doesn't untap during her controllers untap
step.
Vehicles you control with dream counters on
them are creatures in addition to their other
types.
