Kevel, the Wrathful Alpha

Whenever Kevel, the Wrathful Alpha attacks for
the first time each turn, if it's attacking the player
with the most life or tied for most life, untap all
attacking creatures. After this phase, there is an
additional combat phase.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if a player cast
two or more spells last turn, transform Kevel, the Wrathful Alpha.
