Kevin, the Late Pidgeon enters the battlefield
exiled with 3 time counters on it. During your
upkeep or when you play a sorcery or instant,
remove a time counter from it. It enters the battlefield with an extra +1/+1 counter for each
time counter that was removed casting a sorcery
or instant.
You can cast sorcery spells as if they had flash. Everytime you cast a sorcery or instant spell,
tap target creature.
