Kevin the Strategist

During your upkeep if Kevin the Strategist is in your Command Zone, for each opponent you may put a 0/1 white Goat token into play under that players control.
When you cast Kevin the Strategist, choose one for each Goat on the battlefield:
-Target player gains 1 life.
-Deal 1 damage to target creature.
-Target creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
During your end step, you may put a 0/1 Goat token into play under your control.
