When Khal Drogo enters the battlefield put a 1/1 a human Warrior creature token onto the battlefield.
If a Creature an opponent controls enters the battlefield after receiving combat damage from Khal Drogo you may put a +1/+1 counter on Khal Drogo, if you do so you loose 1 life.
