Khanis's Presence

At the beginning of your upkeep, you draw a number of cards equal to the number of age counters on Khanis's Presence, then lose that much life.
Cumulative upkeep - For each player, one target creature that player controls gets -1/-1 until end of turn (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
