Whenever a player cast their third spell of the
turn, that player chooses one—
• Return target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand
• Draw a card
• Add {u}{b}{r} to your mana pool
As an opponent chooses, that player may
pay {1}. If that player doesn't, you choose two.
If that player does, you choose one not
chosen by the opponent.
