Khulg the Jungle-Wise

At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent
searched their library for two or more cards this
turn, search your library for a basic forest, put it
onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your
library.
Whenever Khulg attacks, target forest you
control becomes a creature with base power and toughness equal to this creature's power. (This
effect doesn't end as steps and phases end.)
