Whenever a player casts a spell, each player secretly votes cynicism or optimism. If more players vote cynicism, each player creates a permenently goaded 1/1 illusion creature token that can't block. If more players vote optimism, then that spell that was cast gains: "Whenever this becomes tapped, each opponent draws a card." If there is a tie, Kiata deals 10 damage to each player who chose optimism and 5 damage to each player who chose cynicism.
