Kidnapping

When Kidnapping enters the battlefield, exile
target nonland permanent an opponent controls
until Kidnapping leaves the battlefield.
At the beginning of opponents main phase,
opponentmay pay {x}{x} (where X equals exiled
card's mana value). When opponent does, destroy
Kidnapping and you create treasure token equal
to cost paid.
